Drainage: the removal of excess water from the soil, either by a system of surface ditches, or by underground conduits if required by soil conditions and land contour.

Drain tile is the easiest and most cost effective way to solve the problem. There are many different sizes of piping and methods used to achieve water run off by funneling the water underground to a proper drain source.

Comerio Corporation also offers a drainage system that allows us to not only remove standing water but to totally remove water that may gather from down spouts and gutters around your property.

In certain situations, adding topsoil around a foundation can reduce the negative drainage effect from dirt that was not sloping away from the foundation.

Sump pump installation or upgrade may also be required to remove access water from around the foundation or basement. Adjusting the sump pump discharge away from the foundation will greatly reduce the chance of poor drainage.
